Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, ck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close those accounts, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

• A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Once registration is complete, the member is solely responsible for keeping their credentials secure.
• Sharing your password or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Ck99 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended.

Members must be 18 years of age or older to use ck99's services. Participation by minors on the ck99 platform is strictly prohibited.

• Do not allow minors to access your account.

• Cheating or colluding with other members.
• Creating multiple accounts under false identities.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• If a responsible gaming self-exclusion is requested, the account will be deactivated for the specified period.
